(www.sotufted.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully before placing an order.

1. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
   All products are made-to-order unless stated otherwise. This includes rugs, car floor mats, and
   custom tufted designs. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary
   slightly in color or design due to screen settings and handmade production.
2. PAYMENT & PROCESSING
   We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Orders are charged
   at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. We reserve the right to
   cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or mispricing.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
   We ship worldwide. Standard processing time is up to 4 business weeks for production and 1–3
   business weeks for shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.
   SoTufted is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. Customers are responsible
   for any international customs duties or taxes.
4. COVID-19 NOTICE
   Due to ongoing COVID-19 impacts, production and shipping may be delayed. We appreciate
   your patience and understanding during this time.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
   All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or
   damaged. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery at sotufted@gmail.com with
   order details and photos to request a resolution.
6. ORDER ACCURACY
   Please double-check your shipping address and item details before placing your order. If an
   incorrect address is submitted and the item has already been processed, the order may be
   canceled, and a new order must be placed.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, and written material—is the
   property of SoTufted (Atlas Customs LLC) and is protected by copyright law. No part of this site
   may be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
   Promotions are valid for a limited time only and cannot be applied to past purchases. We
   reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
9. TAXES & DUTIES
   Buyers are responsible for any applicable local taxes or customs fees related to international
   shipping.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use

    of the website or products purchased. Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier,
    responsibility lies with the carrier.
11. POLICY CHANGES
    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this
